Find your Square booking link
- Open Channels. Square Dashboard > Appointments > Online Booking > Channels.
- Click Get Started under “Add your booking flow to an existing site.”
- Click Get URL. Choose the location and booking type, then copy.
Need a link to one service or one staff member? Make an Advanced widget under Online Booking and limit it to chosen services or staff.

Add booking to Instagram
Action button (Square’s booking site). Appointments by Square is an Instagram booking partner. On a business or creator profile: Edit profile > Action buttons (older app versions: Contact Options > Add an Action Button) > Book now > Appointments for Square, then sign in to Square. Only one action button shows at a time.
Link in bio (any booking page). Add your booking link under Edit profile > Links. If you use Foyer, link your Foyer Page or hosted booking page so Instagram visitors get your design, deposits and member prices. Add ?book=service to open one service straight away.

Add a Book Now button to Facebook
- Switch into your Page. Click your profile photo > See all profiles > your Page.
- Add the button. Square’s path: Add a Button > Book Now > Connect Another Tool > Appointments for Square, then sign in to Square.
- Test it. Use Test Button. Square notes classes aren’t compatible with Facebook booking.
Add booking to your Google Business Profile
There are two ways, and you can use both.
Reserve with Google through Square
- In Square, open Channels. Appointments > Online Booking > Channels > Get Started next to Reserve with Google.
- Sign in to Google and match your address. Your Google listing’s address must match Square’s.
- Request activation. It can take up to 72 hours to appear.

Your own booking link
In Google Search, open your Business Profile, select Booking, then Add link. You can add up to 10 links and mark one as the preferred link. Google gives no performance data for custom links. Use your Foyer Page or booking page here when you want deposits and member prices on Google bookings.
